At OTHER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
